By signing this form, I/we agree to the following terms with Northern Rivers Taxis – Country Cabs:
- Account Use – The account may only be used by the authorised traveller(s) listed above unless written approval is provided.
- Bookings – All bookings must be made through the Northern Rivers Taxis – Country Cabs booking system (phone, app, or call centre).
- Invoices – Invoices will be issued weekly/monthly (as agreed) and sent to the nominated billing address/email.
- Payment – Full payment is required within 14 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late Payments – Accounts not paid by the due date may be suspended, and late fees or interest may be charged.
- Disputes – Any disputes regarding charges must be raised in writing within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
- Liability – The account holder is responsible for all fares, waiting times, tolls, cleaning fees, and other charges incurred.
- NDIS Accounts – Trips charged to an NDIS account must comply with NDIS rules. The account holder is responsible for ensuring the account has adequate funding. If payment is declined by NDIS, the customer is liable for the fare.
- Waiting Charges – Waiting time is charged at $1 per minute after the first 5 minutes of waiting.
- Cancellations & No-Shows – If a taxi is dispatched and the passenger cancels late or does not show up, a cancellation fee of $10 or the call-out fee (whichever is greater) may apply.
- Termination – Northern Rivers Taxis – Country Cabs reserves the right to suspend or close the account at any time for misuse, non-payment, or breach of terms.
- Privacy – Information provided will be kept confidential and used only for account and service purposes.
